This fan has a sleek modern look and runs extremely quietly. Installation is straightforward -- if you are comfortable with basic electrical wiring work this will be no problem. It does require a metal outlet box in the ceiling, which could be a problem in some houses. The wall controller is a huge improvement over fans that come with remote controls, and installs easily in a standard wall switch box.
