My blades WERE NOT RETRACTABLE and the fan makes a slight clinking noise!

Looks beautiful. Had it since 2022. Light started flickering. They sent me a new light kit. Then a scratching sound started whenever I used the fan, which was not often. Beyond the light kit, it was a pain to get a claim filed. Wayfair kept sending me to AllState for the claim. However, my purchase order clearly says Protection Plan by Warrentech. I was directed to create an AllState acct. No ceiling fan there. Then I was directed to contact Warrentech directly but given the same number for AllState. I was on the "Chat" back and forth for about 2 hours. And I am 67 years old. I need someone on the telephone. Finally, I went to the Warrentech website where they had a telephone number and a live person answered. Now, I have to wait for someone to call me back with next steps. I have been trying to get to this point for months!!!

What an attractive light / fan combo. It works beautifully.

While I still like the fan, the blades are fixed, not retractable. Very disappointed
