Ordered a "Light Black Matte" color. Upon arrival, the product is grey. I contacted customer service who initially indicated they would send me the "correct color" at no charge, keep original product. I agreed to those terms. The following day, an e-mail indicated the replacement order was canceled as I had received the correct item. I did not and proceeded to return the order. I paid a sale price of 62.99 plus tax, free shipping. The system is prompting me to pay shipping fees and my refund would be 52.99. Customer service provides no additional assistance. The process to correct their issues for this item warrants a ZERO star rating.
