Instructions were garbage, not that you really need them for a ceiling light. Overall the material felt cheap. One of the rods was an 8th of an inch longer than the other side making balancing a huge pain

The kitchen light I purchased was delivered quickly and is just what I wanted and expected. It looks awesome. I was supposed to receive a 10% discount on my first order but failed to apply that discount at checkout. Within moments of submitting my order and realizing my mistake I contacted online Support. Unfortunately, the representative was not able to retroactively apply that discount. So, lost a "star" for that.

I love this light Have wanted a pendant light in my kitchen. Like that it matches my light over my table in other part of my kitchen.
