They add a classic, elegant touch and tie in beautifully with our furniture. The lighting is warm and cozy, making the space feel inviting—especially at night. we added above the sink and to our living room wall. We get nice light. You do need to be careful as they are finicky. We received one of four broken at the base of the shade. Wayfair was very expedient with getting a replacement one.
