Beautiful light fixture but I cannot figure out why a u shaped hanger comes with an oval chain. Every time the wind blows the fixture slides to one side or the other, thus requiring a ladder and an adjustment. Truly considering a bread tie or Krazy Glue, SOMETHING, to hold the chain in place at this point. Cannot return it bc it’s hung. Cannot get Customer Service on the phone (60 minute wait time). It is truly a gorgeous porch light. Just has a flaw that I’m certain has has a remedy.
