This ceiling fan was delivered to me on 6182026 with a faulty mounting bracket causing it to scrape when running Fan isn’t attaching to mounting bracket properly and now it’s rubbing when turned on

I love this fan—it’s beautiful. We needed a refresh in our bedrooms. I bought two to replace older, rickety fans. I’m thinking about replacing one fan just for an updated look with this fan. It even came with a remote, which I was not even aware of at the time I made my purchase. I highly recommend the fan!
