Lustre traditionnel / classique à 6 lumières de style bougie Araiz

I'm so disappointed this product does not look as beautiful as the picture. I believe I received used chandelier, there a chips, the metal is bent different directions, stones scratched, not lining up straight, one light bulb seem to be not receiving enough current I contacted Wayfair and I was told I this item is none refundable. I am so disappointed being that I spend a lot of money on this site and now I am stock with a broken chandelier. They asked me to submit pictures which I did as best as I could to show all of the issues and I haven't heard back. I like to have my money refunded so I can return this and get a quality replacement.

Exactly as pictured, and it is gorgeous. It has not been installed yet and I'm looking forward to adding shading to the candelabras. This chandelier is just what I had been looking for.

Really like the look of this. Just enough crystal but not too much. Nice deep bronze color. Arrived with some areas where it was chipped off but Wayfair was good and credited for the damage. Good size for dining room. If you like a traditional look, I recommend.
