Lustre tambour 20 po à 5 lumières avec abat-jour en verre

I love the design, but the metal piece that holds the light bulbs does not hang inside the glass piece, as it’s shown in the picture. It hangs down beneath it. Another review had mentioned this and I wish I would’ve have listened.

I really do like the look of this light. However, the bottom of the light is not flush with the glass drum like the advertisements show. I promise this is not user error!

Missing the mounting plate and 1 of 2 screws that goes into the mounting plate. Rendering the light fixture useless as it can't be installed. When I go to "report an issue" the 'continue' button is grayed out and I can't get anywhere to submit an issue. Same with "return item" it won't allow me to. I've tried to report the issue on 3 different devices. I'm 36 and tech savvy, so it isn't me. My photos are the right format and only 1.2 MB, well below the 25 MB limit.
