Installed the Fan today and I love it. Glad I didnt get the light kit bc that wouldve made for a difficult install as I only had Black white and neutral wires. But I Managed to figure out installation eventhough instructions weren't great out of the box. There is a Video online that's better. If you have installed Fans and light fixtures before then this kind of makes sense after you set out the parts. I mounted to my receptical junction Box and had to use screws and a plate from past light fixtures ive owned to get it to attach to the ceiling. This Fan is much lighter than the 40 year old Fan I replaced and I very much enjoy that. It comes with 2 down rods so you can choose your length. Around 6 vs 12 inches. The wireless Transmitter sits under the ceiling mount and is pretty much self explanatory to install. I really like the remote. God send in the event I get sick and cant move in bed. It also has a timer and I need that bc I get cold in the middle of the night. But I need a Fan to fall asleep. The Motor makes no Sound.
