This is a new style fan, I think I prefer older models, it’s nice but seems cheaply made. Works fine and is quiet. The remote is easy to operate and has differ functions. It doesn’t take a light bulb. It has a led thing built in. Idk, what happens when the light don’t work no more? I’m going back back to old fashioned kind when this one dies.

We use this ceiling fan every night in our bedroom all year round. Since it has a remote, it’s easy to adjust or turn off or on during the night without having to get out of bed. It’s looks great too.
