Abat-jour tambour en lin H 7 po x l 14 po (araignée)

I'm not a happy camper...I ordered a chocolate colored lamp shade 3 times, but for some unknown reason you guys continue to send me the "Oatmeal" colered one. Before this one arrived I spoke with a very nice and knowledgeable lady who informed me she would make a note informing the responsible people of the mix-up and asked they check the merchandise before mailing it to me, obviously someone was not paying attention! I've already returned the previous two and will send this one back after I contact you and make arrangements for a refund. v/r
