I'm using this to create a charging station for all our electronic gadgets. The charging devices sit on the shelves and the drawers provide a place to store cords, earbuds, etc. when they are not in use. Very happy with it. I have it tucked in a corner which provides stability. Not sure it would be as sturdy in a stand along position.
