Plafonnier d'extérieur 3 lumières Ahmauri

I purchased two of the Ahmauri 3 light fixtures, and placed them over my kitchen table (room has a 10 foot ceiling). Over all I love the light and am happy with it. They are listed as being an outdoor light, but I don't think I would recommend them for outside. The glass is one piece (with no side frame for support) that bends and is cornered at the top. The glass is thicker in the straight middle of the sides, but the corner glass thins quite a bit (see the photos with a penny placed on the glass to show the difference in glass thickness). While unwrapping the glass I VERY CAREFULLY placed it down on my counter and there was a tiny bit of pressure on the top corner of the glass and it broke. I super glued the larger pieces back together and put that corner toward the back of the room. DON'T PUT ANY PRESSURE OR WEIGHT ON THE CORNERS. That being said - I don't think this light can handle being outside, it is too fragile. The lights were shipped encased in molded styrofoam and double boxed. They arrived in perfect condition. I also ordered the same light in the single bulb version to hang over a kitchen island. I used a warm LED dimmable bulb. The glass is white, providing a soft light. There was approx. 5 feet of chain and a greater length of the wiring. They look classy except the inside bottom screws that hold the bottom cross bar do not come with a finished piece for the inside. The silver unfinished edge is noticeable.
