I’m a fan of the lamps, but I was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service and corporate headquarters. There was complete lack of communication. Why? I placed the order almost two weeks ago to hold the lamps, and Wayfair needs to improve its customer service and communication, especially considering its pricing. I believe I’ll be closing my account and avoiding Wayfair in the future. As I’ve said before, I don’t pay for poor customer service.

This lamp is perfect for our entrance table. Smaller and a soft cozy light, for our small area. I would certainly recommend this lamp.
