Missing pieces. I ordered 2 of these beautiful pieces in October during a sale. I left the items unopened until the electrician was ready to install them. Upon opening, realized they were both missing the hardware kits required so I reached out to the chat. Nov 12, chatted and was told 2 replacement hardware kits would be sent. Nov 20, 1 piece was received. Contacted chat again and was informed they could not send another hardware kit. I asked to be clear that after spending money on your products I am unable to use through no fault of my own. I didn’t even “blame” Wayfair because mistakes happen. Agent eventually said they would send 1 kit. This is the first time I’ve ordered from Wayfair but not my first time ordering from large companies. Definitely a difference in customer service experience.

Love this light, my prior house had this beautiful fixture in the dining room so when I moved I had to get another one and it’s now in my foyer and everyone comments on how cool it is.

First impression coming out of the box wasn’t great because there was rust and dirt all in the packaging. Some of the chrome flaked off the edges but once put together it looks pretty darn good! Just need to add some more chain and wire to do a swag.

Exactly what we expected. Very pleased!
