The light looks great, we like it and have no issues with the appearance. The installation bracket is horribly designed for a standard single outlet! I wondered how it could possibly be installed and the instructions show a wide hexagonal outlet box that I have never seen. If you follow the instructions, the plate will not sit flush to your wall (see picture). I had to take a hacksaw and cut the head off the bolt so the mounting plate would sit flat. If that wasn't enough, the mounting plate does not have slots that line up with a standard American outlet (see picture). The plate has to be offset on the outlet box for the plate to be screwed to the wall. One can not rotate the plate because the two bolts must be horizontal for the light to be vertical. It took 1.5 hours to install a simple light. Mounting plate and assembly should be redesigned.

The glass isn't as pictured - a lot less texture than expected. That was one of the deciding factors when we picked these sconces because I was hoping it would distort the view of the ugly smart lightbulbs in our room but they were clearly visible. A little spray paint fixed that issue. Overall, they're pricey for what they are. I would have gone for a different set if I would have seen the glass in person but I do love how they look after alternating them.

Loved these! They are on either side of our fireplace and are beautiful.
