I really like these lamps. However, the first pair I received turned on spontaneously twice in the first 2 weeks. I "chatted" with Wayfair with much back and forth with either an AI assisted chat or maybe a real person at times. At first, they offered me a 10 % refund. Then 20%. Then they insisted they could not send me new lamps unless I returned the damaged ones. The lamps came tightly packed in styrofoam and there was no way I would be able to package the lamps and send them back. And what would that prove? Were they going to check if I was being truthful? I was a frequent customer of Wayfair since 2020. My first purchase was a desk that came damaged. They sent a new one without any problems. With these lamps, I expected the same service. So the chat said it would be "impossible" to send me new lamps without sending back the old ones. I refused and asked to speak to a manager. After a total of at least an hour of back and forth, I said "I am a frequent customer of Wayfair and I did not receive a replacement set of lamps, I would post a negative comment. Well, guess what? Wayfair agreed to send me new lamps. I was happy with the resolution but annoyed it took me so long for Wayfair to do the right thing. I will continue to shop at Wayfair and I have only had the new lamps for one day so hopefully they won't have the same problem. Please note: the lampshades come flat and you have to attach them which was easy - about 10 minutes each.

Easy to assemble and loos great on night stand. They have USB-C outlets which is very useful and came with a bulb. The linen was easy to assemble and looks so attractive. Great quality lamps and are like a matte gold brass which is perfect for my bedroom.

Those 26” gold table lamps from Lattitude Run are very sleek and modern. They are great on a side table or as bedside lamp. The fabric shades need to be put together but it’s fairly easy to do. The box arrived safely and lamps were well packed to avoid damage. The built USB ports are an added bonus especially if you plan to use bedside.
