You will love this lamp if you're looking for one that's 59.25" tall. The website listed it as 71.5", which is what I was expecting to receive... over a foot shorter in real life, which is pretty substantial. Also, the base arrived crushed in on one side. Where I have that in my house by the couch, you can't see the damage. In the photos, the lamp looked larger than it really is. The construction itself is well made- it does look rather high-end. Just not what I was expecting to receive and wished it weren't damaged in shipping.

I love this lamp! It was super easy to assemble. No instructions but self explanatory. The lamp shade is bigger than I thought which I love. I was worried it would be too small. The only down side is I dont see how i can get it to the max height of 71.5 inches as advertised. Other than that i love it!
