Just as pictured but packaged so poorly that the one of the four glass globes was shattered upon delivery. Wayfair was great with sending me an entire new fixture (and let me keep the old one too) but that one also arrived with a shattered light globe. If you choose to purchase, just be prepared to request a replacement item. Package ships from Canada so it takes a while to arrive. This picture I took before the new globe arrived

Simple, clean lines are what appealed to me. The light fixture seems to be of average quality, I have not installed it yet as it is part of a complete bathroom remodel. The mounting plate seems like it could prove challenging to keep the fixture level as it is so small, probably should have considered that before I ordered. It is amazing to me that the fixture made it without breaking. The unit was packaged extremely poorly. The box was thin and flimsy and the metal part was covered only by clear plastic, left to bounce around four glass globes in thin styrofoam containers. Glad it survived!
