Subway Dimmable LED Vanity Light

We ordered this light as a part of a $900 order. We just moved into a new home so we have many items we need still. As a result of this light arriving completely broken, and Wayfair's response (or should I say non-response) we will probably never buy from Wayfair again. we spent an hour going through the necessary steps to complete the return process (which included taking pictures of the broken light) First there was a huge push from Wayfair to send us replacement parts, even though its obvious tis is un repairable. We were then told that it was on backorder so we couldn't replace it and because it was a return, we had to return it. So we are without a light for our bathroom, we've wasted and hour with Wayfair customer service, and we're now waiting for Wayfair to e-mail us the decision as to wether they are going to pick it up or if we have waste more time going to the UPS store, before we ever get your money back. We understand shipping mishaps, but Wayfairs response was terrible.

This was a superb quality light, with great dimensions and look for my bathroom. I like the dimmable feature. However, I ended up returning it because even at maximum it was not bright enough to light the space. If it ever is more than 3000 hz, I'll purchase it again.

Well packaged, impressed with ease of installation. Not certain why other reviews state light is not bright, totally brightens the room - replaced an older style 5 globe vanity light. This makes such a welcome change. Hoping that the integrated LED last for years. If they do not - hope warranty covers this.

We have it for almost a year and the light goes out. You can’t replace the lamp, you have to trow it all to the garbage, such wast. I’m very desapointed, I would never buy one of your product again.

The light looks nice with a bit if generic. If the led lighting was a bright white i would have given a 5 rating.

I’m so disappointed I bought 3 trusting these would last and I wouldn’t have any problems One went out and it’s almost been one year since I got these Don’t buy these waste of money and a disappointment product
