Throwback Rectangle Linen Lampshade

I am absolutely thrilled with this lampshade! It has completely transformed my table lamp! For the second time I have received the wrong shade. I ordered 20” x 20” and received 10” x 15”. I have called and still hoping to receive the correct shade….pretty please!

Same review as the only other one for this shade. They sent a 16x10x10 shade instead of a 20x20x13. Wayfair agreed to refund and return after 10 minutes of holding waiting on the agent to check. They should have apologized and agreed to return immediately without checking. They even had the haul to offer a partial refund if I kept the shade. (Why would I want a shade in the wrong size for any price?)
