I was disappointed with the quality of the fixture based on the price point; especially the crystals (plastic, not glass). In addition, the item description did not indicate that the many strands of crystals seen hanging from the fixture are not attached and need to hung by hand which would be extremely difficult and tedious. The item looks much prettier online than in person. As a result it has been returned.
