We purchased 10 of these for our school so teachers could use to improve instruction. We recently updated to Windows 11 and the software will not download, so the document camera will not work. It is really frustrating and upsetting.

Even after turning off my internal web cam, the luna WILL NOT focus! You can't even come close to reading what is on the paper you're trying to project. What a waste of money!!

Bought this product for faculty, but cannot get to work. Where can I find updated software?

I have to use Zoom for my virtual teaching needs. This camera did not work for that purpose. I can't rotate the view unless using the program itself. The program opened, but did not work after the first time. Can't use it without twisting the neck as much as possible before it falls because of the imbalance.

The software continues to crash, making the camera un-usable. Very frustrating and a waste of money
