My package was delivered to me incomplete. The gold solar moon garden light that I ordered was missing the glass ball! What a bummer. I called customer support asap. The agent was very helpful and put in a parts request for the glass ball that was missing from my order. I am really disappointed with the whole situation because as of right now the parts request is still pending. I have no idea when I should be expecting it to be shipped out to me or have a delivery date! Turns out the part was no longer available so they ended up shipping me a whole new gold solar moon garden light and this time everything was included in the package. I think they should have just done that in the first place, would have saved a lot of time and energy . I am relieved that everything worked out after all!

Thought this luminary would be a bit larger but still is a welcome addition to our landscaping.
