The tabs were adjustable which was great and we were able to install it as we planned. The adjustment for dimming was helpful since we don't need it ultra bright.

I was looking for a fluorescent light fixture to replace one that had a broken cover/diffuser. The only choices available only seemed to be LEDs so I purchase one of the correct size and style. I did not find installation instructions in the box, only reference to a QR code. Using the code, I found that I also needed to buy an install kit which would have required drilling holes in my ceiling tile. Not wanting to do that, I returned the fixture.

This is an easy install for flush in a drop ceiling. For a surface mount on a drywall ceiling, it can be made to work, but you'll need to fabricate a mount. A wooden square just slightly less than the inside size of the lamp and open in the middle will work. About 3/4-inch thick, then you can drill holes in the side of the lamp for small screws. It's not especially heavy, so it doesn't take much. The wooden mount can be screwed into rafters or mounted with toggle bolts. The light is good, even and bright. Having said all this, I ruined mine by dropping it. Bent one of the corners so I'm moving it to my shop and ordering a replacement.

Returned it , MY mistake it was a recessed light and I didn’t notice until electrician started to install.

Does not dim without flickering. Have tried multiple dimmer switches.
