It is I guess what it says it is it just doesnt work under normal circumstances. I thought this would be like buying a flatscreen TV. This product is used in a commercial ceiling situation not for your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for a lighting update in our garage/ workshop, and really like it. It was easy to install, lightweight, and really puts out the light. It's a big improvement over the fluorescent fixtures we had, much brighter, more energy efficient, no loud buzzing.
