I was so disappointed that the lamp base arrived broken into many pieces. I had bought the "last one", so I couldn't do a replacement. The packaging seemed adequate, but one corner and edge of the box was significantly dented. The box was marked "Fragile" too. From what I could see, it shouldn't have broken. I didn't realize, however, that the lamp has no traditional electric cord; you have to use the USB to charge the batteries and use the batteries only. I do realize that that is my problem that I didn't understand what type of lamp this was, but not all of the lamps have the USB charging explanation either. I looked at all of these Firefly lamp types before making the decision to buy one. The lamp looked like it would be beautiful in one piece!
