This light is attractive and gives off a lovely light. It fulfills the basic functions with a few notable caveats. Although it is listed as suitable for damp environments, compared to the fixture I took down, this one is pathetic in comparison. I can’t envision any aspect of this light being comfortable working around moisture. Instructions were vague, didn’t include mention of included adhesive pads and just seemed not up to the task. Glass panels included small shards of cut glass that gets stuck in your hands as you handle them. The slender brass nut that sets the height of the main mounting post is so thin that the several active threads strip out easily as the trial and error process pans out while mounting the light. I had to switch to the much thicker nut from my older fixture just to get this expensive, but cheaply-made product to finally mount properly. I regret buying this light, but spent too much time trying to install it to not at least give it a try. In addition, ever since I purchased this light,I have been inundated with emails multiple times a day trying to sell me similar products. With every email, it just reminds me what a poor quality, over-priced product that I regret that I have bought.

Nice flush mount lamp looks great, perfect for my small bungalow.

Bought for our porch. Perfect and goes well with our 1926 craftsman bungalow home.
