I received the first lamp when opened had a defective part. Notified Wayfair they sent me out a whole new floor lamp in a short period of time. Very good customer service. The floor lamp is exactly as described. It is quite beautiful provides a warm light. I’m thrilled with the lamp with Wayfair.
