Others may not find anything wrong with it, but I did not like the design and look when I saw it in person at all. The lamp gives the look of the wood being stained but it isn't, it just looks regular pine with burn and doesn't match the quality I want for my home. They also shipped the lamp with a euro electrical chord so I'd have to purchase a converter to even plug it into US electrical sockets.
