Surprised the light was better than expected for the price. While the chain was about 4 in short for us we have 13ft ceilings so not standard- I made it work. This is in our eat in kitchen which is a 10 x12 space so a big room with 8 ft of glass on one side so everyone can see this fixture from behind the house. Put 40w LED blubs in it and it is super bright
