I am using it for my closet with no light. It's great! I'm hanging it on the wall later but for now it's still awesome .

This battery powered motion activated lamp is perfect for lighting up my electrical panel area of my house. I wanted that otherwise dark area to be illuminated if anyone approached it. The sensitivity of the motion detector is just right. Installation was simple. The light is battery powered so no hard wiring was needed. It is a good product.
