Very cute looking, has a USB port and is easy to put together. However, as you can see in my pictures, since the metal lamp shade is heavy, it’s sort of pulls up on the base of the lamp so that the lamp won’t sit even on a desk. Also, the arm that is attached to the base, isn’t secure like it should be, and the whole arm sort of swivels around if you’re not careful. Not a very sturdy lamp, which is a bummer, because I was hoping to use it for my daughter‘s dorm room in the fall.

This is a great simple clean line lamp. The warm white and gold accent is great for any decor. I love that is has a usb plug port on the base. The head does not get really tight. I tried to tighten and loosen the head was disappointed that the screws are only treaded through the lamp head in to lose nuts. I wish the nuts were solder to the inside so it could be tightened. Overall, if you need a basic lamp with a charge port this is a good choice.

The 17 “ Metal Dorm Desk Lamp with Usb Port is a very nice addition to the home office. The lamp is quite sturdy and puts out good light quality. It looks good on the office desk and the Usb port is a really nice addition to the lamp.

This lamp came packaged in fitted styrofoam and in an undamaged exterior cardboard box. After removing the lamp there was an obvious problem because the post that held the head was leaning terribly and the knobs for adjusting the head placement didn’t work…just spun without a tightening. Lots of problems and it didn’t end there. The interior underside of the lamp was broken in pieces in the area that should have held the post of the lamp securely upright. No repairing possible. Called Wayfair, sent pictures of the damage and they immediately sent a replacement. The replacement had the same broken parts. Since they were packaged so carefully I can only deduce they were broken already when packaged. The lamp in my pictures is the replacement lamp that I received that was also broken as evidenced in my pics. It was frustratingly repaired with pliers and E6000 glue that needed to dry overnight. I don’t have any idea if the repair will last.

I really like this lamp a lot the style of it is great. I love the creamy white color of it the gold accent and the wood accent. It actually matches my desk so I was pretty happy about that. The only thing I’m not happy about is the knobs on the side of the shade they’re supposed to tighten so you can adjust the shade in the right direction and it’s very difficult to without taking the bulb out and reaching inside of the housing where the shades sits, so that’s number one number two the actual stem of the lamp coming from the base is wobbly, and there’s no way to get to it to tighten it unless you take off the bottom which is glued where all the wire is so I’m going to do that because the stem of the lamp is a little wobbly I think once I tighten it it’ll be fine other than that. It’s a really cute lamp, and I love the design of it, but it needs to be adjusted and it’s difficult to do that.I’m adjusted.
