The order arrived quickly. The lighting fixture arrived with damage to 6 crystals. There were insufficient brass staples to tie the crystals into place. Installing the crystals took many hours. The product was mis-represented. It is smaller than advertised, it does not have lighting installed, the bulb sockets are a non-standard size and the ceiling escussion diameter is smaller than a standard electrical junction box. The lighting fixture required modifications to use. We are reasonably happy with this purchase.

Would absolutely not recommend. Packaging was horrible and crystals were all over the place. Installation was a pain due to parts available, light bulbs are not common, crystal Installation takes hours and they dont line up wellmetal brackets look ugly. Would not purchase again, cant return as packaging is gone and crystals partially installed.

Very beautiful chandelier. However installation of crystals is time consuming and multiple crystals are chipped and broken. Only offered to return or 20% discount or return. Already disposed of the box so returning was not an option

Excellent crystal quality, very sparkly. Assembly was a pain though!
