Photo was Deceiving… Thought it was solid black base and it’s got a gray stripe between the black.

We purchased two ... now were twice as happy! Three-way bulb capability. The lamp is richly designed in a grained, matte finish with shading. Stunning.

It is a lovely lamp.. the color of the lamp is different than is pictured…the top half of the lamp I received was really silver. I was expecting it to really be more or less black… I see now from the picture that it actually has two colours although they look like they flow together nicely but my lamp was decidedly silver on top and black on the bottom and didn’t fit with my decor.
