The lamp base is extremely heavy, giving the lamp a very solid feel. The gold is pretty and doesn’t look “cheap.” I like that the cord is extra long. The control switch is on the cord, and that is my only complaint. It is a flimsy plastic box with a sliding toggle to adjust the brightness. Unsure about the durability.

I’m a fan of the gentle, warm light that this lamp produces. It uses a really strange lightbulb, but I’m sure I’ll be able to find it somewhere online. The marble is really heavy and gives a high quality feel, but the plastic globe does not.

The frosted globes create a nice, warm glow (around 3000K) that’s great for mood lighting but not super bright. 4. The sliding dimmer lets you adjust the brightness, which is handy for setting the right mood. What Could Be Better 1. The dimmer switch is down near the base, which isn’t so convenient. It’s also a bit bulky and not the prettiest thing to look at. 2. I didn’t receive any instructions, so putting it together might be a little tricky. Luckily, most of the extra wiring tucks into the base.

I really like how it looks, it’s a beautiful lamp, the material is very nice, but what I don’t like is all the electrical stuff… honestly is too much wire … It is extremely long and just for the assembly you have to push it to the inside of the frame, and then the long wire and the huge dimmable control is a little bit annoying…
