Arrived without any instructions and multiple cosmetic issues (bent brass and scratched frosted globe). Once I figured out how to assemble it, the dimmer component wouldn’t work. It would stay lit while I had my finger on it but would go dark as soon as I set the dimmer switch back down on the ground (where it was supposed to go). The only way to get my money back was to repack it into the severely damaged 7 foot tall box and call an Uber to take me to a FedEx (I live in NYC). All and all, horrible, regrettable, frustrating experience for a very expensive lamp.
