Well I paid for service through Angi (BADDD) the guy was an HVAC person and when he looked at the instructions he requested another persons because he said it was to heavy .. All he had to do was add the mount and the crystals afterward. I had to solicit my own service on a scale of 0-10 it's a total ; ( HOT--MESS (00000)

Absolutely Stunning. You won’t be disappointed by this Chandelier. I installed it in my daughter room and she is fascinated. The Floral design on the base is Gorgeous. The Crystal are high quality. Came with instructions and light bulbs which is a bonus. The size is perfect. The Gold color of the Chandelier makes it look more valuable..

The crystal chandelier is truly stunning and feels very well-made. The gold finish is a little shinier than I personally prefer—I usually like a more muted, brassy tone—but it’s still undeniably beautiful. Installation does take a while since you need to hang each individual crystal piece, though it’s not a major issue because you only have to do it once. I definitely advise using the white glove they provide during installation, as fingerprints transfer extremely easily. They also include two extra crystals in case any pieces arrive damaged, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product, and it absolutely adds an air of specific sophistication to the room, making the space feel elegant and refined.

This chandelier looks brilliant when off then explodes with light when on casting beautiful light all over the room.

I was so excited for this chandelier to arrive and it did not disappoint. It’s absolutely stunning! It’s wide, heavy, and extremely high quality, with a look that feels very RH-inspired. The way the light catches each piece is gorgeous. The only downside is that it arrives completely unassembled. Each glass piece has to be attached individually, and it took two of us about an hour to put it all together. The bright side is they include white gloves to help prevent smudging during assembly. Overall, the fixture is impressively large and truly beautiful once completed.
