This is a nice ceiling fan, pretty and functional. The fan really puts out some air! The lights are nice although too many of them. You should put it on a dimmer to control it better. For some odd reason the remote only works when it is in its holster, not in hand. It may have something to do with the position of the radio wire. Otherwise it offers a modern look and application to any room.

Pros Arrived on time and packaged well. The app. that you download to control the lights and music works well and is a fun feature. The fixture is beautiful and they are real crystals, not plastic. Plus, the crystals were all attached which was a nice surprise because typically, they come in a package and you have to attach each one. We had it professionally installed and it seemed to go smoothly. It comes with a remote that controls the fan and onoff only for the light. Any light features or Bluetooth music is controlled through the phone app. This is a pro and con. I would have preferred that the remote controls the fan and light features and just use app. for Bluetooth music. Cons The fan has only 1 speed that is so fast, the whole unit wobbles and makes noise. When pushing medium or low on the remote, the fan speed is still fast. When pushing high on the remote, the fan slows and then shuts off. If you push the fan off button, it will stop the fan so that is the only button that works as indicated. This flaw in either the remote or the hardware is why it gets 2 stars. I contacted Wayfair customer service and was told they will order parts. The frustration now is waiting on the parts, hoping the new parts will resolve the issues and, we have to call our installer back at additional expense and time. If this is resolved to our satisfaction, I will update this review.

I’m eating this 3 stars for now as after I paid an electrician to put this up we noticed the crystal shade was cracked which was very noticeable. I contacted wayfair for a replacement part and it should arrive soon. If the replacement shade works out then I will update review

This chandelier came and once I opened the box noticed that the lamp shade was broken! Some of the stones were also broken and the its all blended and has dents. I complained and waiting for the new parts to arrive. Will update my review after that.

I love this fan. I looks very elegant and I love the fact that you can change the color of the light and listen to music because it has a Bluetooth speaker in the light. It actually hangs over our entertainment area near the bar so the fact that you can have music coming through the speaker while entertaining is so great!
