I ultimately purchased three of these chandeliers. The first one arrived with numerous chipped crystal pieces. Each crystal was individually wrapped, but many still had visible damage. I ordered a second fixture as well, but unfortunately it was defective and repeatedly tripped the electrical circuit in the room. After having an electrician come to the house and troubleshoot the issue, we determined the fixture itself was responsible. By the time this was confirmed, I was outside the return window and had to purchase a replacement rather than return it.
The third fixture has functioned properly and is the one shown in my photos. As you can see, I only installed bulbs in about half of the sockets because I found the light output to be excessively bright when all bulbs were installed.
In terms of appearance, this chandelier looks attractive from a distance, especially considering the price point. However, up close, the quality is noticeably lower than other Wayfair lighting fixtures I have purchased. The upper portion of the fixture is plastic rather than crystal, and mine arrived with numerous scratches that make it look less premium. I also noticed inconsistencies between fixtures. The crystals on my defective replacement were packaged differently and many had chips, scratches, and imperfections.
Overall, this is a reasonably priced chandelier that can make a nice visual statement, but the quality control appears inconsistent. Given the damaged crystals, scratched plastic components, and one completely defective fixture, I was disappointed compared with other lighting purchases I’ve made from Wayfair.
