Grand lustre à roulettes à DEL Irma

Well... here goes. I'm a Designer who was looking for the perfect chandelier for (2) offices on a specific project. I was so thrilled when I came across the Irma Dimmable LED Wagon Wheel Chandelier. Unfortunately, when the (2) identical chandeliers arrived, I was very disappointed... the crystals were not secured in the box so they were floating inside of the box... Scratches, Broken, and Chipped pieces everywhere, (every crystal had something wrong with them) a lot of crystals! By this time, the chandelier had to be returned or replaced. So I looked at the body of the chandelier and another disappointment showed as the body was thin pieces of sheet metal... That made my decision to return them. The design was great but execution of production and some mediums were very disappointing for the price point. As much as I loved these chandeliers for my project, it was time to let go and look for something else. The upside was that Jennifer W. (customer service was a breath of fresh air), is knowledgeable and very, very easy to work with and made my transaction to return so smooth!! Thank you Jennifer W.!!
