Luminaire suspendu simple à 1 lumière

This is a stunning fixture. And the light in illuminates is quite beautiful.

The fixture arrived damaged. The box was ripped opened on one side and the light globe was scratched or cracked at the bottom. Extremely visible when lit up. Disappointing that during this hard pandemic time Wayfairs shipping is so backed up that whoever handle the box didnt take care. Called Wayfair twice to handle the issue. Waited 45 minutes on the phone to get trough. Lady on the phone put me on hold to talk to UPS delivery person and after 20 minutes on hold with Wayfair agent I was disconnected. Called back the next day, waited over 40 minutes on hold before I could even speak to anyone. The agent almost tried to convince me not to do a Return What I am so disappointed already with this poor delivery and service I received that I dont want a replacement. I will be returning this damaged pendant and a second one that is not even delivered yet. Very disappointed lately with Wayfair. Not good. Please adapt to this Pandemic and help your high paying customers or loose business.

Love the lights, unfortunately have to return as my kitchen ceilings are extremely high now due to renovation and light fixtures look like Christmas ornaments next to my island. Just ordered bigger lights from Wayfair
