I bought this as an open box fixture to use in a hallway. The light, itself, is perfect as far as color, design, bulbs, etc. However, the way this was packaged was atrocious! The base of the light was all scratched, which is the visible part. I don’t know if it was returned that way or if it happened because the light was LITERALLY just put in a box with broken styrofoam. Screws, caps, chain, everything was loose in the bottom of the box. How it all was there was shocking. This is extremely sub standard for Wayfair, as everything I have purchased has been packed with great care. Just because it was a return from another customer does not mean that it should be treated as junk when someone else is buying it. Extremely disappointed this time.

Very easy to install, light weight and good quality. I used it in my laundry room to replace a fluorescent light fixture. Love how it looks!
