2nd purchase of same item due to broken parts caused 5 big crystals to come off. New shipment for this fan-chandelier also had the same issue even before being removed from the shipping box.

Beautiful! The small crystals come already placed in the piece. The large ones come packed in the box. I had to use some copper wire to attach them as the hardware supplied came incomplete and what was sent was broken. Overall, we are happy with the finished product.

Beautiful light sadly I had to return because it was damaged but, the customer service was incredible. Very helpful attentive made it easy to return without any worry thank you Wayfair.
