Lustre à 10 lumières à niveaux Norgard

I’ve had a bad experience with this chandelier the first one that was delivered came broken glass was broken everywhere they sent me a replacement and it came fine you have to put it together with no type of instructions on which pieces go where I have not been able to put it together

Nice hung the light looks pretty good but this light was a nightmare! The light arrived extremely well packaged however the frame was bent in multiple areas and has a lean to it which leads me to believe it was bent before it was packed. Then there was the terrible guessing game of installing this because the instructions were so small that only an ant can read, luckily my husband previously being an electrician knows how to install lights so he knew what to do. Exposed screws-the glass,crystals on the top tier are hung by screws that are exposed. They stand out in a bad way. Chain length-the chain is very short. We have 10’ ceilings and the light was still too high when using the chains that came with the light. I had to go to a hardware store to buy a new chain to achieve the desired height. The wire is also short. We thought we were going to have to extend it but managed to get it hung. Horrible instructions-the instructions were difficult to read due to the size of font and they were very vague but we were still able to figure it out. Heavy-the light is very heavy and will require anchors to help distribute the weight. If anchors are not used, the mount will sag. The wall anchors that came with the light were cheap and would not support weight so I had to go back to the hardware store to replace the anchors with something more robust. Lightbulbs-the light doesn’t come with bulbs. So be sure to purchase them before starting the install.

This is a beautiful chandelier that came in a chrome metal instead of gold or black. The crystals are real and I have received many compliments on the chandelier. It looks very expensive and elegant. I would highly recommend this chandelier.

This fixture has not been installed yet, but based on the quality of the pieces, I can tell it’s of decent quality. There are SO many pieces to this thing, so hopefully installation and assembly won’t be too difficult. The hanging “crystals” feel more like glass with a texture to them. Not to heavy, which is good, but I don’t think they will sparkle like real crystals. It’s a great size for over a table, which is where I plan to install it, or over a kitchen island. My only complaint is the packing. The box it came in was not sturdy enough for the fixture. The box was sagging and it looked like the fixture was about to fall out. Thankfully it was intact and the inner packaging was sufficient. I will update after installation!

Nice chandelier, would recommend Did not work for my space but bought another one from Wayfair. Had no issues and love shopping at Wayfair.
