The light is not as bright as I would hope however it does the job. The gold is not orange as one reviewer mentioned.

The concept is very nice but the color was all wrong. It's more of a rose gold color, definitely not gold or brass. While it was easy to put together it was hard to get the arms of the fixture consistently straight. I wish this would have worked for us because in theory the design would have worked best in our room. We needed a fan but wanted a nice light fixture. Had to return it unfortunately.
