Very elegant and classy looking modern lamps.

This is a Beautiful Elegant Lamp…I Love it . Delivery time was quick (4 days) it was packaged well and pristine!! There was a little more assembly than I expected but not hard.. what I found a little tricky at first was the neck and socket with cord was pulled wayy out of the base at the top ( not all the way) but a good 8”or 10”… so basically it’s attached but dangling.. first I panicked and was trying to feed the rest of it back into the top of the base while holding the neck and socket.. this was not the way.. I quickly realized that I needed to pull the cord at the “bottom of the base”and that brought the neck/socket right up to the base and it simply attaches by screwing the two together.. everything else assembled easily.. I did have a problem with one of the lamps… these are 3Way lamps and one lamp worked perfectly on all three switch settings of low, medium & High… the other Lamp however was defective in that it only worked on one setting and not all 3… with a brand new bulb ..big bummer, but I filled out the return online answering a lot of questions about the defect and in the end did not have to return the lamp but instead was asked what parts were needed to repair the lamp.. so I requested the “Base” (bc it houses the cord which is attached to the Neck and socket) and the “Hardware pack” which IS the Neck & Socket! Here’s hoping that all will go well with the “new parts” :)
