I received this light and it had been used. There were scratches in the frame and dust on the fan and some parts were missing. My electrician made it work but I am extremely disappointed considering what I paid for this light

Even better in person! This fan is beautiful and will match many design aesthetics. Well-made and easy to install. The fan puts out a surprisingly good amount of air. Love that there’s 6 speed levels. And it’s super quiet. So happy with my purchase. I consider myself lucky that I found it!

Two of the three purchased ceiling lamps arrived by promised date. The third lamp, called Shondale, arrived a couple of days later. Unfortunately it arrived in a defective condition. Reported issue to Wayfair who offered replacement or a discount. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful. Since we like the lamp I took the discount and plan to repair it.
