It is a nice lamp, as many mentioned the color is a bit different from the picture, a lot more bronzecopper, less gold

The product is described as being bronze in color and the base being made of metal. Both of these things are true, but it's also misleading. The metal base is painted bronze, and the paint job gives the product am overall cheaper feel and look. I still like the style, I liked that it was easy to assemble - even a light bulb included, and shipping speed and care was great. I just wish the actual quality of the product was higher for what I paid.

Quality and heft are great. I deducted one star for finish. Kinda brassy orange, not a satin gold.

Love it! Love the shape of the base. I would say it’s a little more bronze in color than gold though.
